Return Goods Policy
We at GoldenAgeMedical do
our best to assure that all our customers are happy with the products they
Occasionally, a customer may need to make a return. If the product is
defective, the product shipped was not the product ordered or if
GoldenAgeMedical was in any way in error, GoldenAgeMedical will refund the
customer or replace the product with the correct/non-defective product. If the
customer made the error the customer will be credited according to the
following fee schedule. In all cases the following policies apply. In the case
of customer error, GoldenAgeMedical will do its best to work with the customer
to alleviate any losses the customer may incur. (For example, offering a

PLEASE NOTE: GoldenAgeMedical has a special shipping relationship which applies when we are shipping TO our customers. We happily pass these savings on to YOU, our VALUED CUSTOMER! Unfortunately, this special relationship does not apply to returns so we have no savings to pass on to our customers for returns. Because of this we offer SAMPLES of many of our products at no cost.
